Use MedBillAnalyzer in Claude

Add the connector

1. In Claude, open Settings, then Customize → Connectors, and choose Add → Add custom connector. The names can shift a little as Claude updates its settings; you are looking for a custom connector.
2. Name it MedBillAnalyzer, and for the MCP server URL enter:

   https://app.medbillanalyzer.com/mcp

   Then choose Continue.
3. For authentication, choose No sign-in — Claude detects this on its own — and choose Add. Claude warns that anyone with the URL can use a connector without sign-in. That is expected here: there are no accounts, and each check is reached only by its own private link.
4. Choose Connect.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an organization Owner adds the connector, and members then connect to it. A Free plan allows one custom connector.

Check a bill

Start a chat, make sure MedBillAnalyzer is switched on in the tools menu, attach your bill and your Explanation of Benefits, and ask:

Check this bill against my EOB.

Claude reads the two documents, sends MedBillAnalyzer the figures printed on them, and tells you what the comparison found. By default Claude asks before it uses any of the tools; you can change that for each tool in the connector’s settings.

What it costs

The check and the summary of what it found are free. The detail behind each finding, a dispute letter and a phone script cost $10 for one bill, or $10 a month for a Membership that covers up to 25 bills a month. Claude gives you a secure checkout link when you ask for them, and you pay on that page. If we find nothing, you pay nothing.

Your documents

What reaches us is what Claude sends: the figures read off your documents. We keep the results for 30 days and then delete them, and nothing is used to train AI models — the Privacy Policy has the detail. Your conversation with Claude itself is covered by your Claude account’s terms with Anthropic.
